Directions from Denver

From Denver International Airport, take I-70 westbound, and exit onto Highway 470 west. Drive on Hwy 470 about 6 miles and exit onto Highway 285, southbound. You'll stay on 285 for around 120 miles, heading into Poncha Springs. Turn right onto Highway 50, heading west over Monarch Pass, and down into Gunnison. Turn right onto Highway 135 north, going through Almont and into Crested Butte. Turn left onto Elk Avenue at the 4-Way Stop. The Gypsy Wagon is on the left, near the intersection of Elk and 5th Street. Drive time: Approximately 4-5 hours.

Directions from New Mexico, for the Texas & Oklahoma folks

Take I-25 north through Trinidad, Colorado to Walsenburg. Exit I-25 at Highway 69, and take it north through Westcliffe (about 60 miles), and continue on Hwy 69 about 15 miles, and turn left on County Road 1A, and take it down into Cotopaxi where CR1A intersects with Highway 50. Turn left onto Hwy 50, heading west towards Salida and then to Poncha Springs. Continue to follow Hwy 50, heading west over Monarch Pass, and down into Gunnison. Turn right onto Highway 135 north, going through Almont and into Crested Butte. Turn left onto Elk Avenue at the 4-Way Stop. The Gypsy Wagon is on the left, near the intersection of Elk and 5th Street. Drive time from Trinidad: Approximately 4-5 hours.
